Mike has 20 years of experience as Controller for a variety of service and contracting firms. 

In his capacity at Huckestein, For Huckestein, Mike oversees all financial, accounting and human resources activities. Responsibilities will include budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting, as well as key areas within the human resources department including policy and procedure compliance and ongoing maintenance of HR practices. Mike was chosen for this role because of his extensive foundation in all aspects of accounting and human resource management, and his experience working with senior management both at the local level as well as the out-of-town ownership level.
