Charles Ross

Throughout his 20 years in the DDC Controls industry, Charles has sold, serviced, designed and installed, managed, and owned his own controls business, Crosstech in Canada.

When Crosstech was acquired by Modern Niagara, Charles was brought on as Business Development executive and grew the branch for the new owners. Following that he was hired by Johnson Controls where he actively grew branches in Ontario and Pittsburgh. Charles has expertise with propriety and open protocol controls platforms, including Johnson Metasys and Facility Explorer, Distech, Niagara, among others, and has particular expertise transitioning one system to another to meet changing customer requirements. Charles has been charged with growing Huckestein’s in-house controls offerings and to lead a newly-formed company, CMS Controls.
